S4 Inc., Burlington, Mass., a professional services and consulting firm catering to the US Government, Department of Defense and private entities, recently added three communication executives to augment the company’s consulting capability. The three, Jonathan Thompson, Mark Pfeifle and Paul Morrell, have combined their extensive experience in communications strategy, perception management and global influence programs.

Prior to joining S4, Thompson was the director of external affairs for the US Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency. Pfeifle previously served as deputy assistant to the president of the United States and deputy national security advisor for strategic communications and global outreach at the White House, while Morrell came to S4 from NASA where he served as chief of staff.
