Amcom Software Inc., Minneapolis, Minn., a provider of technology solutions for call center communications, emergency management, wireless messaging middleware, and paging infrastructure, has announced that it has released version 2.2 of the Central Control Module of its Fusion Series.

The module takes alarm and alert notifications from virtually any system, such as nurse call, fire, security, and building management, and sends them to almost any communication device. This is designed to facilitate faster response and improved care and safety for hospital patients, hotel guests, senior care residents, and those in corporate and industrial environments.
