Alan Dugger

Alan Dugger works for the Department of Defense, where he has taught on the subjects of military strategy, asymmetric warfare, and conflict in South Asia. Alan is a veteran of Afghanistan. Before serving in Afghanistan, Alan completed a Ph.D. in Government at the University of Virginia.
