Ana Maria Dimand, Kayla Schwoerer, Andrea S. Patrucco, and Ilia Murtazashvili
Ana Maria Dimand, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor at the Askew School of Public Administration and Policy at Florida State University. She earned a Ph.D. in Public Affairs and a Graduate Certificate in Public Finance, Procurement, and Contract Management from Florida International University, Miami. As a public management scholar, she is passionate about government contracting, sustainability, innovation, and collaborative governance.
Kayla Schwoerer, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration and Policy at the University at Albany, SUNY and a Faculty Fellow at the Center for Technology in Government. Her research focuses on how public and nonprofit organizations use data, design, and digital technologies to improve governance and democratic outcomes.
Andrea S. Patrucco, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management in the Department of Marketing and Logistics at the Florida International University College of Business. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles focused on buyer-supplier relationship topics in both the private and public sectors. He is one of the research leaders of the International Research Study of Public Procurement, and he actively collaborates with organizations in the U.S. that work with government organizations, such as the National Association of State Procurement Officers, NIGP: the Institute of Public Procurement, and National Association of Chief Information Officers.
Ilia Murtazashvili, PhD, is Professor of Public Policy and Political Economy and Co-Director of the Center for Governance and Markets at the University of Pittsburgh and a Research Partner with SpectrumX: An NSF Spectrum Innovation Center. At the Center for Governance and Markets, Ilia leads the Research Program on Governance of Emerging Technologies.
