Bardia Assefbarkhi

Bardia Assefbarkhi is a Global Terrorism Analyst at the Terrorism, Transnational Crime, and Corruption Center (TraCCC) at George Mason University, where he also is pursuing a graduate degree in International Security. His work focuses on open-source intelligence (OSINT) and data-driven analysis of terrorist and insurgent organizations across regions including the Middle East, Mexico, and Myanmar. With a strong background in research and security studies, Bardia contributes to academic publications, policy briefings, and expert panels on emerging threats. His insights help shape a deeper understanding of the evolving tactics, networks, and impacts of non-state actors in global conflict zones. He holds a bachelor's degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University.
