Bonnie Kudrick and Dr. Robert Kittinger

Bonnie Kudrick is the founder and CEO of HumanLink, LLC. Founded in 2019, Bonnie is a pioneer in integrating and promoting the importance of Human Factors in the federal government. Bonnie specializes in Human Factors Engineering, graduating from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Psychology and the University of Idaho with a Masters of Science in Human Factors Engineering. She also obtained her certificate in Leadership Training through American University. With her vast understanding of how criticality the human piece plays in a successful person/system team, Bonnie successfully established the Human Performance Branch at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The primary element that has ensured Bonnie's success with clients in private and public agencies is her ability to lead, listen, and respond to the specific challenges that government agencies, airlines, airports, vendors, and operators face on a daily basis. || Dr. Robert Kittinger serves as the Chief Research Officer (CRO) at Waggoner Diagnostics and holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology. A distinguished alumnus of Sandia National Laboratories’ prestigious Weapon Intern Program (2017), Dr. Kittinger also is a Senior Fellow at the National Institute for Deterrence Studies and a steering committee member for UNA Health. His career exemplifies a commitment to advancing research and innovation across national security, technology, and healthcare domains. During his decade-long tenure at Sandia National Laboratories, Dr. Kittinger specialized in applying I-O Psychology and advanced research methods to support national security initiatives. He led operational teams and spearheaded large-scale, multi-national research efforts with the National Security Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Homeland Security, and the UK Ministry of Defence's Defence Science and Technology Laboratory.  In addition to his contributions at Sandia, Dr. Kittinger has served as a Personnel Psychologist for the Department of Defense, where he led the development of Navy Advancement Exams for several communities and applied psychometric techniques to enhance workforce readiness. His diverse career also includes roles as a Senior UX Researcher at Amazon and a Project Manager and UX Designer at Novel Projects, Inc., a startup later acquired by Apple. Dr. Kittinger’s multifaceted expertise in research, user experience, and national security underscores his exceptional ability to drive innovation and bridge complex systems with human-centered solutions.
