David Cotney

David Cotney is the former Massachusetts Commissioner of Banks, who for six years oversaw more than 200 banks and credit unions, as well as the former chairman of the board of the Conference of State Bank Supervisors. He is now regulatory advisor and executive vice-president of CyberFortis, which provides cybersecurity assessment and consulting to community banks and the financial sector.
