Fred Baradari

Fred Baradari is Vice President, Federal, at Voyager Labs. In this capacity, he is responsible for confirming market trends and also defining/implementing a go-to-market strategy, sales, business development, competitor analyses, and strategic partnering opportunities. Fred also supports brand strategy across the Federal market place. Prior to joining Voyager Analytics, Fred was responsible for creating Apptio, Xerox Federal and Cross Match Technologies Federal practices. Fred also spent 5 years as Deputy Director at DOJ and re-engineered a number of programs for success including the Law Enforcement Data Sharing program. In this capacity, Fred re-architected this mission-critical program and transformed it to a Cloud solution that supported over 40,000 Federal law enforcement agents across the country. Fred’s detail understanding of how to deliver Big Data and Cloud solutions within DOJ has provided him a great understanding of what it takes to de-risk implementations and delivery of large-scale programs at the Federal agencies. Fred has an entrepreneurial profile – Four Data Analytics start-ups to his credit - and has built and continue to build a high quality and fast-growing teams. He is a resident of Northern Virginia and holds a MBA from George Washington University and an undergraduate degree in engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is also an active member of his community and volunteered fund raiser for Kessler Foundation and Doctors-without-Borders.
