Jack Thomas Tomarchio is the President of Agoge Group, LLC, a strategic consulting firm in Wayne, Pa. He served as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Intelligent and later Principal Deputy Under Secretary for Intelligence from 2006-2008.
