Ken Durbin, CISSP is a Senior Strategist for Symantec Global Government Affairs. He has been providing Solutions to the Public Sector for over 25 years. His focus on Compliance and Risk Management (CRM) and the Critical Infrastructure Sector has allowed him to gain insights into the challenge of balancing Compliance with the implementation of Cybersecurity Solutions. His focus also includes the Standards, Mandates and Best Practices from NIST, OMB, DHS, SANS, etc. and their application to CRM. Mr. Durbin spends a significant amount of his time on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and the emerging EU Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR.)
