Kimberly Campbell, MBA, CEM, Serves as the Emergency Manager for the City of Surprise, Arizona, bringing nearly 30 years of expertise in Emergency Management. With a robust deployment background spanning various disasters and employment at local, county, and state levels, Kim is passionate about mentoring and developing future Emergency Management leaders. She is a graduate of the CHDS/NPS Executive Leaders Program and FEMA's National Emergency Management Executive Academy.
