Nicole M. Warder

Nicole M. Warder possesses over five years of experience as a Senior Analyst at the U.S. Government Accountability Office, supporting the Congress in meeting its constitutional responsibilities to legislate, appropriate, and oversee the Federal government. Her expertise lies in DoD weapon systems acquisitions, including Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications systems. Ms. Warder holds a Master of Social Service Administration and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and is pursuing a Master of Science in Technology Intelligence from the National Intelligence University.
