Tanvi Singh and Thomas Cellucci

Tanvi Singh is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience driving AI and data transformation across global finance, she previously served as Group Head of the AI Data & Analytics Foundations Hub at UBS, where she led the bank’s enterprise data mesh and AI activities, and at Credit Suisse, where she built one of Europe’s largest AI labs in finance. A core design partner to Palantir for Foundry and an early enterprise adopter of OpenAI and Microsoft Cloud, she has shaped AI strategies for some of the world’s most regulated industries. She is an investor and advisor to many deep-tech and AI startups globally. Recognized by the Indian Embassy as one of Switzerland’s top women leaders in finance, Tanvi is a frequent keynote speaker at global forums including WEF, COP28, and Bloomberg, serves on the board of the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC), and GirlsCanCode. Singh is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ekta Inc. where she leads the development of culturally aligned, sovereign AI systems for governments and institutions worldwide. She has a Masters in enginnering from UZH, Exec Education from Stanford and an alumni of Singularity university. H.E. The Hon, Sir Dr. Thomas A. Cellucci, PhD, MBA is a serial entrepreneur, currently managing several high-tech firms. He was appointed the US Department of Homeland Security’s Director of the Research & Development Partnerships (RDP) Group managing over $12B in assets and over1700 team members. He was also the first Chief Commercialization Officer in the US Federal Executive Branch and continues to assist the President of the United States and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. In 1999, he founded Cellucci Associates, Inc. with headquarters at Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA. Cellucci writes about the intersection of emerging technology, commercialization, and implementation to protect the homeland. Cellucci is currently the Co-founder and Chief Commercialization Officer of Ekta Inc. Cellucci earned a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania (1984), an MBA from Rutgers University (1991) and a BS in Chemistry with Honors from Fordham University (1980). He holds two endowed Chairs at prestigious universities in Kazakhstan and has taught at Harvard Business School, Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania.
