US Spent Billions to Set Up Domestic Intelligence Network

United States Government has spent billion of dollars, during last few years, to assemble a vast domestic intelligence network to collect information on hundreds of thousands of its own citizens—many of whom have not been accused of any wrong doings, said The Washington Post in a special investigation report here on Monday.
