WATCH: CPOA President Describes Hill Lobbying Day to Get Coast Guard Paid

Chief Petty Officer Association President BMCS Jon Ostrowski (ret.) was interviewed on ABC News on the shutdown and the recent Hill day effort to get service members paid. Ostrowski called for the politics over the shutdown to end immediately and for politicians to stop making the U.S. Coast Guard and other federal employees pay the prices for their inaction. He also called for an apology from these politicians to the American people for not doing their jobs.
