The U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Acquisition (OA), in collaboration with the Industry Partnership and Outreach Program (IPOP), will hold its Fiscal Year 2025 1st Quarter Industry Day on Thursday, October 24, 2024. The virtual event, hosted via Microsoft Teams, will run from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM EST and focus on the Office of Trade. This webinar aims to strengthen partnerships and engage industry stakeholders. Participation is capped at 1,000 attendees.
This industry day offers valuable insights into CBP’s acquisition strategies and trade initiatives, helping businesses and partners align with the agency’s operational goals. The event is a platform for discussions surrounding the Office of Trade’s role in modernizing and enhancing the efficiency of trade processes.
The Office of Acquisition’s IPOP is dedicated to fostering collaboration between government agencies and the private sector, ensuring effective communication and engagement between industry partners and CBP. As one of the first events of Fiscal Year 2025, the Industry Day will provide participants with key information on upcoming initiatives and opportunities within the CBP’s Office of Trade.
