Here’s How You Get Your Homeland Security Solution Funded: DHS Seed Fund Offers $4 Billion for R&D

The Department of Homeland Security’s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program is set to participate in the America’s Seed Fund 2024 Road Tour: Great Lakes, running from July 15-19, 2024. This initiative aims to connect entrepreneurs, small businesses, and innovators with substantial funding opportunities to drive early-stage research and development.

The Great Lakes Road Tour will make the following stops:

– July 15: East Lansing, MI
– July 16: Indianapolis, IN
– July 17: Urbana-Champaign, IL
– July 18: Madison, WI
– July 19: Minneapolis, MN

Participants are encouraged to join these events to learn about accessing over $4 billion in early-stage research and development funding through America’s Seed Fund, the SBIR, and the Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. Representatives from the DHS and ten other federal agency SBIR/STTR programs will be present to discuss the structure of these non-dilutive funding opportunities. Attendees will also have the chance to engage in one-on-one, in-person meetings with these representatives.

This tour is an invaluable opportunity for small businesses and innovators to gain insight into securing critical funding and to network with key federal program representatives. Don’t miss out on this chance to propel your research and development efforts forward.
