Ardent Management Consulting announced it was awarded the Geospatial Architecture Development Support Task Order under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Geospatial Technical Support Services (GTSS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
The three (3) year task order, a task order on the $98 million multiple award BPA, provides support services for DHS, Science and Technology Directorate and the First Responders Group.
This new work promotes efforts to evaluate and improve the infinite information sharing capabilities of first responders all around the country. By developing a maturity model for first responder capabilities, DHS will be able to help first responders measure and evolve these capabilities and leverage DHS funding, to support continuous improvement for state and local governments.
ArdentMC President and Chief Executive Officer Brandon LaBonte, said, "This is a far-reaching project that ArdentMC is proud to support. The work and its success will have a positive effect on improving the capabilities of first responders including law enforcement, fire response and suppression, emergency medical service and emergency operation centers."
