Boise Air Terminal TSA Officer Passes Away After Contracting COVID-19

TSA continues to urge all employees to get vaccinated and follow CDC guidance, including face mask recommendations. 

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has announced the sad passing of another member of the TSA family. Robert Logan, Jr., a Transportation Security Officer at Boise Air Terminal (BOI) in Idaho, passed away on September 16, after contracting COVID-19.

Logan joined TSA in 2019 and had a background working with hazardous materials. He gained certification as a dual-function officer and became an integral part of the TSA team at Boise. The 27th employee to pass away following a COVID-19 illness, he will be fondly remembered for his dedication to the transportation security mission and greatly missed by his colleagues.
