Christopher Grant heroically threw soda bottles at the El Paso shooter in an effort to stop the Saturday rampage at a busy Walmart that left 22 people dead. The gunman shot him, and Grant managed to make it through a set of doors in the auto department — running into his “guardian angel,” off-duty CBP agent Donna Sifford.
“We didn’t know where the shooter was. We ducked down between two vehicles on the northeast side of Walmart,” recalled Sifford. “Chris was fading, losing a lot of blood.”
