eGlobalTech Awarded Contract with the DHS Office of Emergency Communications

eGlobalTech (eGT), a leading provider of management and IT consulting services for the Federal Government, was awarded a contract with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Emergency Communications (OEC).

“eGT is excited to support OEC in their leadership efforts toward advancing emergency communications technologies, policies, regulations, and standards that significantly impact the development, deployment, and use of public safety communications systems,” said eGT’s Senior Director for Homeland Security.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Emergency Communications (OEC) supports and promotes communications used by emergency responders and government officials to keep America safe, secure, and resilient. The OEC delivers training, coordination, tools, and guidance to help its federal, state, local, tribal, territorial and industry partners develop their emergency communications capabilities.
