Leslie Nichols Joins ManTech as Executive Director of DHS Business Development

ManTech International has appointed Leslie Echols as executive director of Department of Homeland Security business development. Formerly senior business development manager for Raytheon’s DHS programs, Echols also worked at business consultancy B3 Solutions and served as business development director for BAE Systems.

Echols previously worked at the Systems and Software Consortium and was an account manager at Northrop Grumman.

Altogether, she has more than two decades of experience in information technology leadership, analytics, operations management, government procurement and other sales-related procedures.
