PDRI Wins Contract to Create and Manage DHS Cybersecurity Workforce Assessment Program

PDRI has been awarded a multimillion dollar contract from the Department of Homeland Security to develop and manage a cybersecurity workforce assessment program. The Arlington, Va.-based company also announced that it will work with subcontractors Booz Allen Hamilton, HumRRO and IBM Talent Management Solutions in the development of the initiative.

“PDRI along with our experienced partners are very proud to be selected by DHS for this critical new initiative,” PDRI CEO Dr. Elaine Pulakos said in a statement. “Our combined efforts will greatly improve DHS’s ability to source the highest quality talent for cybersecurity roles and to maintain an up-to-date, robust and stable professional workforce in an area that is experiencing exponential growth and change.”

This program will provide screening and assessment processes for applicants and will provide proficiency assessments that DHS will use to verify ongoing skill employee development.
