First OASIS Contract On Ramp Adds 31 Small Accounting and R&D Firms

In an action in the works since last year, the General Services Administration added 31 companies to Pool 2 of the OASIS Small Business (OASIS SB) contract on Feb. 1. Pool 2 covers accounting, tax preparation and social science and humanities research and development, according to the on-ramp solicitation issued Oct. 3, 2016. GSA opened the on ramp because it had sought to have 40 companies in Pool 2 of the professional services multiple-award contract, but only only 9 won spots when OASIS SB launched in 2014. The new Pool 2 awards bring the total number of OASIS SB contractors to 161.

The new Pool 2 companies are listed below; those with asterisks await financial responsibility determinations or pre-award accounting system reviews:
