Doug Boufford Joins Sev1Tech as Senior VP of Federal Civilian Business Unit

Sev1Tech announced today that Doug Boufford has joined the company as Senior Vice President of the Federal Civilian Business Unit. Doug will be responsible for driving all growth initiatives and maintaining customer satisfaction within the Federal Civilian Business Unit.

Doug is a seasoned industry leader with over 30 years of experience providing mission critical information technology, operations, and delivery services to customers across the Government sector. Throughout his career, he has focused on building relationships and developing strategic business plans to meet and exceed corporate business development objectives that maximize organizational profit and increase company revenue.

Previously, Doug served as the Executive Vice President for the Federal and Civilian Programs Portfolio at Digital Management Incorporated (DMI).  He was responsible for all operational and growth initiatives for the directorate which provided Transformational IT and Mobility Solutions to several Federal customers.  Prior to joining DMI, Mr. Boufford spent 21 years at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), a career defined by increasing and escalating responsibilities, culminating as Vice President, Maritime and Border Security Programs.  In this role, he developed and executed strategies positioning GDIT to achieve market prominence supporting several DHS agencies.
