E3/Sentinel Acquires GSA OASIS Unrestricted Pool 1 and Pool 3 Contracts

E3 Federal Solutions/The Sentinel Company (“E3/Sentinel”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired and subsequently novated the General Service Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Pool 1 and Pool 3 unrestricted contracts. All duties and obligations associated with the OASIS unrestricted contracts have been transferred to E3/Sentinel, following GSA’s approval of the novation. This acquisition is critical to the firm’s growth in the unrestricted space as it enables the firm to deliver continued mission-focused program management, technical, and engineering solutions to federal customers across multiple markets.

The GSA OASIS multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle was designated by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) as a Best in Class (BIC) solution. BIC contracts may be utilized government-wide, enabling federal agencies to procure complex, integrated professional services and solutions. As a mission consulting and technical services firm, E3/Sentinel’s capabilities align with the professional services (Pool 1) and engineering services (Pool 3) included in the vast scope of services under the seven functional areas of the GSA OASIS contract vehicle.

After successfully supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) under the Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) vehicle as a prime contractor through the end of the contract, E3/Sentinel’s novation of the OASIS contract provides an opportunity for the company to continue supporting existing DHS customers. This acquisition allows the firm to expand into new markets within the Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence Community sectors. E3/Sentinel’s President, Everett Johnson, said, “We recognized it was a major investment to build out our infrastructure in preparation for this acquisition. However, our focus was to expand opportunities to serve new and existing federal customers as program management, technical, and engineering experts.”

E3 merged with Sentinel in November 2018. Andy Maner, Chief Executive Officer of the combined E3/Sentinel, stated, “Our focus remains on our current customers, providing options as we enhance our utilization of the OASIS vehicle as the firm finalizes its transition from small to unrestricted vehicles.” Mr. Maner added, “We will keep growing organically with current customers while maintaining high throughput and win rates in new business over the next several years. We are committed to continuing to build an amazing brand focusing on who we are now and who we want to be in the future.”
