ICF Wins $40M DHS ICE HSI Strategic Communications and Marketing Task

ICF, a global consulting and technology services leader and member of the Government Technology & Services Coalition (GTSC), has secured a $40 million contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) division. This task order, awarded through the GSA OASIS contract vehicle, focuses on public awareness, strategic communications, marketing, and training.

Beating out four competitors, this win is a strategic victory for ICF, reinforcing its position as a major partner to DHS as fiscal year 2024 closes. The contract will support HSI in enhancing public engagement and communication, promoting awareness of critical security issues, and delivering comprehensive training programs across its key missions.

ICF’s expertise in delivering impactful communication strategies and digital services has long been a cornerstone of its success in the federal sector. As a trusted partner to DHS, this new task order will further strengthen the company’s footprint in supporting the national security mission.

This win highlights ICF’s ability to deliver high-quality, scalable services that help DHS and other agencies achieve their strategic objectives in communications, training, and beyond.
