K2, Inc. Selected to Participate in Missile Defense Agency SHIELD Contract

K2, Inc. has announced its selection for the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) IDIQ contract with a ceiling of $151B. This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that allows for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility.

SHIELD brings together some of the most innovative leaders across government, industry, and technology, and K2 focuses on transforming complex mission requirements into executable, integrated solutions that deliver real-world impact, faster, smarter, and with reduced risk.

Under this contract, K2 will concentrate on connecting stakeholders, enhancing operational performance, and ensuring the warfighter benefits from advanced capabilities that are deployable, scalable, and enduring.
