On January 7, Tenable Network Security added veteran technology government affairs expert Jamie Brown to its growing Government Affairs arm. Jamie will serve as Director of Government Affairs, reporting to James Hayes, Vice President of Global Government Affairs. With a deep background in managing cyber policy issues in the private and public sectors, Jamie brings a unique perspective to the team.
With important issues like election security and critical infrastructure continuing to heat up as well as ongoing government IT modernization efforts, there’s a clear need for cyber companies to strengthen their policy & government teams in order to ensure smart policy decisions around cyber.
