Over the course of his career, Broderick has held several key roles at DHS, including Acting Deputy Chief of the Records Division and Product Owner/Project Manager. Before his tenure at DHS, Broderick served as the Acting Chief of the Identity and Information Management Division (IIMD) at USCIS. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and modernization of the electronic immigration records system.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Broderick possesses deep expertise in operations, strategy, change management, and operational planning. His academic background includes an MBA in Acquisition Logistics from the Naval Postgraduate School and a BBA in Finance/Accounting from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
