Casey Coleman Joins ServiceNow as VP, Global Public Sector

Casey Coleman has joined ServiceNow as Vice President, Global Public Sector, a move she announced on LinkedIn. In her new role, Coleman will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive global strategy for ServiceNow’s public sector business. She will focus on identifying emerging trends and challenges within the public sector, driving innovation, and leveraging ServiceNow’s platform to help government customers address mission-critical problems.

Coleman brings a wealth of experience to her new position, with a career that spans leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. Before joining ServiceNow, she served as Senior Vice President at Salesforce, where she led the global enterprise positioning and value strategy for the public sector. At Salesforce, she developed go-to-market strategies for government entities and successfully guided technological transformations to meet complex public sector needs.

Her career also includes a tenure at Unisys as Group Vice President for Civilian Agencies, where she managed federal accounts and contributed to organizational growth in the government sector. Coleman also spent 12 years at the General Services Administration (GSA). As GSA’s Chief Information Officer, she led significant IT modernization initiatives, improving service delivery and operational efficiency across the agency. She also held roles as CIO of Federal Acquisition Services and Chief Technology Officer for the GSA’s Citizen Services division.
