Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) has appointed CeCe DeCamp as Senior Vice President and Strategy & Operations Leader for its Civilian Business Group according to a post on their LinkedIn account. In this role, DeCamp will be responsible for overseeing strategic planning and operational performance, with a focus on enhancing SAIC’s ability to deliver solutions to federal civilian agencies.
DeCamp brings more than two decades of experience in the technology and government services industries. Prior to joining SAIC, she spent 20 years at IBM, where she most recently served as Senior Partner and Federal Civilian Sales Leader. During her time at IBM, DeCamp held key leadership roles, including Vice President and Client Group Leader for homeland security, justice, and foreign affairs, where she managed relationships and delivered solutions for federal clients.
Her experience also includes leadership positions at companies such as DigitalNet, Vredenburg, Eastman Software, and Wang, where she focused on business planning, management, and client services. At SAIC, DeCamp will be tasked with driving operational improvements and strategic initiatives to support the company’s work with civilian government agencies, including those in homeland security and public safety.
