On February 25, Daniel Driscoll was confirmed as Secretary of the Army in a 66 – 28 vote.
A former army officer who deployed to Iraq, Driscoll left the Army in 2011 at the rank of first lieutenant following four years of service. He has also served as a senior adviser to Vice President JD Vance.
