E3/Sentinel Announces New VP of HR and Recruiting and VP of Civilian Division

E3/Sentinel, a NewSpring Holdings platform company, is pleased to announce that Saima Malik has been named Vice President of Human Resources (HR) and Recruiting. As a six-year veteran of the firm, she has been promoted from her former role as E3/Sentinel’s Director of HR. Additionally, Luke McFadden has been promoted to Vice President of E3/Sentinel’s Civilian Division. He has been with the firm as a Director for nearly two years overseeing the firm’s Department of Transportation and Emerging Market accounts within the growing Civilian Division.

As Vice President of HR and Recruiting, Saima is responsible for efforts around attracting and retaining E3/Sentinel’s skilled and innovative workforce. She is also responsible for driving the strategic direction of the firm’s HR and recruiting capability. Saima has extensive experience in leading HR capabilities to include benefits, employee relations, ethics and compliance, and recruiting. Her present work has been focused on cultivating a philosophy in which HR is a proactive strategic partner that assists the organization in achieving its goals with efficient and effective business strategies.

In his new role as Vice President of the Civilian Division, Luke is responsible for overseeing the division’s strategic direction, new and organic growth, and delivery excellence. He is also developing, coaching, and retaining the members of the Civilian team. With over 20 years of experience in management consulting and project management within the commercial and Federal sectors, he has successfully supported clients, partners, and colleagues in achieving mission results. Luke also has proven success in leading large teams that are made up of both technical and business-focused staff.
