Flagg to be U.S. Army Research Laboratory Northeast Regional Lead

Dr Melissa Flagg is to return to US Government as US Army Research Laboratory Northeast Regional Lead.

Previously Dr Flagg was Adjunct Senior Fellow with the Technology and National Security Program at non profit organization CNAS. She served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Research, responsible for policy and oversight of the Department of Defense (DoD) Science and Technology (S&T) programs, from 2015-2016.

As the Army’s corporate research lab, ARL  conducts transformative to deliver innovative options for multi-domain battle concepts.
