Ro&® by Armatec Global has announced the appointment of Marc Glasser, former Chief of Chemical Security for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), to its Advisory Board as well as taking on the role of Senior Vice President of Business Development for North America.
With over 30 years of leadership across government, academia, and the private sector, Glasser is a nationally recognized authority on homeland security, critical infrastructure protection, and enterprise risk management. At DHS, he developed and implemented pioneering risk management programs to safeguard the U.S. chemical sector against catastrophic threats. His government career began as a Special Agent with the U.S. Department of State, where he served in more than 90 countries, building a worldwide network and the diplomatic expertise to achieve rapid results in complex global environments.
Glasser’s career spans both public and private enterprise, from advising early-stage startups to leading business development initiatives for organizations of more than 250,000 employees. He is the architect of the “ROI of Risk Management” framework, which guides boards and executives to treat security not as a cost center but as a strategic investment balancing prevention, mitigation, transfer, and acceptance of risk. Over the past decade, he has also served as an adjunct professor, author, and global speaker, presenting to corporate boards, CEOs, and senior government leaders worldwide.
“Marc’s appointment signals our commitment to building a platform trusted at the highest institutional levels,” said Roanne Monte, Founder & CEO. “His experience in translating national security frameworks into practical, enterprise-grade resilience strategies aligns directly with our mission to operationalize risk intelligence for industries spanning security, insurance, compliance, and critical infrastructure.”
