Casey Dolen, who most recently served in the White House Office of the National Cyber Director (ONCD) as Director for Critical Infrastructure, has announced she will join the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security, with her new role set to begin next week.
Dolen brings nearly three years of federal cyber policy experience from ONCD, where her portfolio focused on strengthening cybersecurity and resilience across the nation’s critical infrastructure sectors. She served as Director for Critical Infrastructure from October 2025 through January 2026, following more than a year as Senior Policy Advisor for Critical Infrastructure.
Earlier at ONCD, she also served as Advisor for Federal Cybersecurity and as Senior Advisor to the Principal Deputy National Cyber Director, supporting broader federal cybersecurity priorities.
Before joining ONCD, Dolen was a Senior Policy Analyst for Cybersecurity at the National Governors Association. She also worked at Cambridge Global Advisors in public policy and strategy consulting roles.
Dolen holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky in international economics and foreign language studies.
