Guidehouse Names John Saad as President

Guidehouse has announced the appointment of John Saad as the firm’s new President. Saad, who previously served as a Partner and led the Defense & Security Segment, brings over 25 years of consulting experience spanning both public and private sectors to his new role.

As President, Saad will oversee client service delivery across Guidehouse’s various industry segments and service offerings. His responsibilities include ensuring the firm’s continued success in providing innovative solutions to clients in national security, financial services, healthcare, energy, and infrastructure. He will focus on fostering collaboration across the organization to better support complex client missions.

Saad has been instrumental in transforming Guidehouse’s Defense & Security Segment, leading a team of approximately 2,500 consultants to address mission-critical challenges for the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, the FBI, and the Intelligence Community. Known for his ability to navigate complex and high-profile initiatives, Saad has consistently delivered solutions tailored to meet clients’ operational needs.

In addition to his work at Guidehouse, Saad serves as the Board Chair for the American Red Cross of the National Capital & Greater Chesapeake Region and as an Industry Advisory Board Member for the MBA Security Technology Transition Program at George Washington University.
