Hardy has a proven track record in business development, consulting, and strategic leadership within the defense, diplomatic, and national security spaces. Prior to her current appointment, she was the Founder and CEO of Sheerline Consulting Group, where she provided consulting services to companies seeking to engage with defense, diplomatic, and national security agencies.
Hardy’s career includes previous roles at Unissant, where she served as Senior Vice President of Business Development – Defense and National Security. In that role, she was responsible for driving revenue-generating activities within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of State (DoS), and Department of Defense (DoD), including the Military Health System (MHS) and PEO DHMS. Additionally, she developed market strategies for federal health programs and led winning proposals in the sector.
Her other professional experiences include serving as Account Executive for the Department of State at Cherokee Federal, where she spearheaded market strategies for agencies with an international presence, such as DoS and USAID. Hardy also held leadership roles as Operations General Manager at Cherokee Federal and Army Capture Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton.
