Matt Treadgold has embarked on a new chapter in his career at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), where he has been appointed as the Senior Program Director for Cyber, Law Enforcement, Intelligence, and Citizenship. In this role, Treadgold will oversee various aspects of homeland security and emergency management programs, including people management, growth strategies, and P&L responsibilities.
Treadgold’s journey at GDIT has been marked by significant contributions in various leadership roles. He previously served as the Senior Program Director for CISA and FEMA Accounts, where he was instrumental in driving the growth and development of key federal accounts. His expertise in strategy and business development has also been showcased during his tenure as the Senior Director and Director of Strategy and Business Development at GDIT.
Before joining GDIT, Treadgold held several prominent positions in the public and private sectors. He was a Director at Eagle Hill Consulting. Additionally, he served as a Field Team Engagement Advisor and Foreign Affairs Officer at the U.S. Department of State, working within the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs and the Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations.
Treadgold’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs with a focus on Conflict and Security Studies from The George Washington University. His extensive skill set spans international relations, public policy, policy analysis, strategic communications, and international development, making him a well-rounded leader in his field.
