Amivero has a new Senior Solutions Director, Meikle Paschal Jr., who has joined the team. Paschal announced the news on LinkedIn. Paschal brings a wealth of experience in developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies, particularly in the realm of Intelligent Automation. His career spans more than a decade in federal service, where he has been a driving force behind strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and mission readiness.
Before joining Amivero, Paschal held several leadership roles at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). As Program Manager for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), he spearheaded the agency’s RPA Center of Excellence, overseeing the development of automated solutions to streamline resource-intensive tasks.
In his role as Data Governance Lead at USCIS, Paschal helped create enterprise data standards to support the eProcessing initiative, which aimed to modernize immigration applications. His leadership in developing form schema parameters helped enhance data quality, minimize fraud risks, and improve the user experience for immigration applicants.
Paschal has also held key roles at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), including serving as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Secretary of DHS.
Paschal holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Virginia.
