Onebrief has welcomed Molly Wilkinson to its leadership team as Head of Government Relations, the company announced this week.
Wilkinson, a highly regarded expert in public policy and regulatory affairs, brings decades of experience at the intersection of government, law, and business. She most recently served as Vice President and Head of Regulatory & International Government Affairs at American Airlines, where she led a team responsible for shaping regulatory policy and government engagement across global markets. During her tenure, she served as the company’s liaison to numerous federal agencies, including the Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration, while also acting as executive sponsor for internal diversity initiatives.
Before her role at American Airlines, Wilkinson held key positions across influential trade associations and government bodies. She served as Executive Director of the Electronic Payments Coalition, transforming it into a multimillion-dollar advocacy force, and as Executive Director of the American Bankers Association’s Card Policy Council.
Her roots in public service include high-level roles in the U.S. Senate, the General Services Administration, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Defense. From directing acquisition reform initiatives as Staff Director for the Senate’s Subcommittee on Contracting Oversight, to supporting reconstruction efforts in Iraq under the Coalition Provisional Authority.
