National Association of Chemical Distributors Announces 2022 Board of Directors

The newly-elected Directors-at-Large will hold their positions for three years while the Regional Director will serve a one-year term.

Today, the National Association of Chemical Distributors announced the results of its election for incoming officers to the association’s Board of Directors. Elections were held at the Business Meeting during the NACD’s 50th Annual Meeting, the premier chemical distribution industry event of the year.

The newly-elected Directors-at-Large will hold their positions for three years while the Regional Director will serve a one-year term. Additionally, the Leadership Development Committee has asked two individuals to serve two-year terms as non-voting Emerging Leader Representatives.

The newly elected NACD Board members for 2022 are:

Directors-at-Large

  • Randall J. Eppli, Columbus Chemical Industries, Inc.
  • Scott D. Leibowitz, Brenntag North America, Inc.

Regional Director

  • Stephen M. Halpin, Norman, Fox & Company

The above individuals possess the qualifications required by Article VIII, Section 2 of the NACD Bylaws. Article XI, Section 3 of the Bylaws provides that “Additional nominations for Officers and Directors-at-Large may also be made by the membership when endorsed with the names of not less than ten members of the Association and received by the President at least twenty (20) days prior to the annual meeting of the Association, for immediate transmittal by him to the members.” Under Article XI, Section 3, the Leadership Development Committee has asked the following individuals to serve for two years.

  • Kerry Bagley, Glenn LLC, a division of Azelis Americas
  • Vince Casalino, Seeler Industries, Inc.

Byer, President and CEO of NACD. “I look forward to collaborating with our newest Board members on advancing our mission and ensuring the continued growth of our industry.”
