Nicole Malarney has stepped into a new leadership role at AT-RISK International, Inc., where she now serves as Director of Operations. She announced the news on LinkedIn, marking a continued rise at the security consulting firm where she previously held the role of Operations Manager.

In her new capacity, Malarney is responsible for overseeing a broad portfolio of mission-critical services, including surveillance operations, threat assessments, investigations, executive protection, risk mitigation, security consulting, and specialized training. She leads cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions across a wide range of industries and operational environments.

Malarney brings with her over a decade of experience in law enforcement, federal service, and corporate security. Before joining AT-RISK in April 2024, she served as a Prototype Security Investigator at Amazon, where she focused on insider risk and investigative case management. Earlier in her career, Malarney spent nearly six years with the U.S. Secret Service, first assigned to the White House as a Uniformed Division Officer and later as a Special Agent/Criminal Investigator handling protection, intelligence, and investigative work. Her experience also includes work with the Transportation Security Administration and local law enforcement in Virginia.

A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections, Malarney also completed professional training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, including both the Uniformed Police and Criminal Investigator programs.
