Patrick Carberry has joined Alpha Omega as Vice President of its Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Division, bringing more than 15 years of experience advancing mission outcomes across the Department of Homeland Security and the broader federal civilian landscape.
In his new role, Carberry is responsible for expanding Alpha Omega’s mission impact across DHS components, including USCIS, CBP, ICE, TSA, CISA, and FEMA. His focus includes deepening customer partnerships and scaling outcome-driven digital solutions that support core homeland security missions.
Carberry has spent much of his career leading enterprise modernization efforts for DHS and other federal agencies, with a consistent emphasis on digital services, identity management, and large-scale systems transformation. Prior to joining Alpha Omega, he served as Director for the Federal Civilian Market at REI Systems, overseeing work across agencies such as GSA, USPTO, OCC, DOJ, USDA, and DOT, while driving new business development and account growth.
Earlier in his career, Carberry held senior growth and business unit leadership roles at Amivero, where he led initiatives spanning identity, customer experience, and civic technology, and at Sevatec, where he managed Agile software engineering, cloud, data, and DevSecOps programs throughout DHS. His work at Sevatec included oversight of major engagements with USCIS, ICE, DHS headquarters, NPPD, and the U.S. Coast Guard.
Carberry also brings direct government-facing experience from his time supporting the General Services Administration’s Technology Transformation Services, where he served as an account manager for Login.gov.
He holds an MBA from Long Island University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
