Rod Fontecilla Joins Harmonia Holdings Group as Chief Innovation and AI Officer

Rod Fontecilla has joined Harmonia Holdings Group as Chief Innovation and AI Officer, where he will lead the company’s strategy in AI, digital transformation, and advanced data analytics. With more than 35 years of experience, Fontecilla brings extensive expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity. In his new role, he will focus on implementing bespoke AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs), to help clients in sectors such as healthcare, financial technology, energy, utilities, and the public sector improve efficiency, detect fraud, and reduce operational costs.

Fontecilla announced the news over on LinkedIn and had the following to say: “I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve joined Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, as their new Chief Innovation and AI Officer. This opportunity feels like the start of an exciting chapter. He went on to say, “I’m more committed than ever to delivering cutting-edge AI solutions to all our customers. I’m excited and passionate about working with a talented team to push the boundaries of new AI technologies and make a real impact by helping solve our clients’ most challenging problems.”

Prior to joining Harmonia, Fontecilla served as Chief Innovation Officer at Guidehouse, where he developed AI strategies for federal and commercial clients. He has been recognized for his contributions to the industry, including being named one of WashingtonExec’s Top AI Executives to Watch in 2023. In addition to his corporate role, Fontecilla is an Adjunct Professor at American University’s Kogod School of Business, where he teaches predictive analytics and AI.
