SAIC has appointed Sam Soroush as its new Information Technology Program Director. Soroush, who announced the news on LinkedIn, steps into the role with more than 20 years of hands-on experience leading complex digital initiatives across both the public and private sectors.
Soroush brings a deep and diverse portfolio to the position, having held senior roles at SAIC, Leidos, KPMG, Deloitte, and major financial institutions such as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. He has led major programs involving digital modernization, DevSecOps, data center transformation, and multi-cloud migration. At SAIC, he has served as Managing Director for Strategic Mission Innovation and as a Senior Director of Technology, where he helped shape technical strategy and delivery for the civilian business group.
Soroush holds an MBA in IT Project Management from Strayer University and a B.S. in Networking and Telecommunications from George Mason University.
