Tonya Price has been promoted to Assistant Special Agent at Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), marking a new milestone in a nearly two-decade career in federal law enforcement and national security. She announced the move on LinkedIn.
Price’s promotion comes after years of progressive responsibility at HSI, one of the principal investigative arms of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). She most recently served as a Supervisory Special Agent in the St. Paul field office.

She holds a master’s degree in criminology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a bachelor’s in criminology and addiction studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She is currently enrolled in the Naval Postgraduate School’s Executive Leaders Program and pursuing studies in Strategic Leadership at the U.S. Naval War College.
