In this position, I manage a team providing 24 hour patrol and security services to the California Baptist University. In this role, I oversee patrol, investigations, armed officer program, intelligence, and threat management. Additional duties include participation in ATAP, Terrorism Early Warning Group, Terrorism Liaison Program, regional threat management team, and other professional memberships.

In this position (Lieutenant), I served as the Police Chief in a contract partnership with the Orange County Transportation Authority. This team provided specialized law enforcement services within the surface transportation environment throughout Orange County (CA). The services we provide include uniform patrol, plain clothes/covert investigative team, explosive detection canine teams, intelligence partnerships, training, and other duties.

In my tenure with OCSD, I served in corrections, patrol, special investigations, homeland security, training, and administration.
