Secretary of State John Kerry said Saturday that the Obama administration would consider a Turkish extradition request for 75-year-old Muslim cleric Fethullah Gulen, who lives in Pennsylvania and is blamed by Turkey’s government for orchestrating Friday night’s attempted coup.
